• Communications — the content of calls, emails, and text messages between you and GRIFFAIN, and records of your requests.

3. SMS & text messaging program

GRIFFAIN operates a text messaging program so that we can follow up with business owners who have spoken with us and agreed to receive texts. The following terms apply to that program.

How you opt in

You may opt in to receive text messages from GRIFFAIN in one of these ways: (a) by giving us your mobile number and verbally agreeing during a phone conversation to receive texts, after which we send a confirmation message you must reply to in order to confirm; or (b) by texting a keyword such as START to our number. We keep a record of your consent (including the number, date and time, and how consent was obtained) before any message is sent. We do not message any number without a logged consent event.

Program details

• Program: GRIFFAIN project and appointment messaging, including occasional marketing/promotional messages where you have separately confirmed you want them.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
